We partnered with RCG to illuminate the University of Auckland’s (UP Education) new English language campus in Auckland CBD. The aim was to establish a more vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for students, visitors, and staff at 345 Queen Street. 

As one of the initial points of contact for new international students, it offered a unique opportunity to incorporate strong Te Ao Māori narratives and reflect the diverse experiences of its users. The space was designed around themes of navigation, connection, and protection, fostering a bi-cultural dialogue. 

Our solution included a FluxxLED lighting system with automated color-changing capabilities, allowing for celebration of cultural festivals throughout the year.
