In an inspiring partnership, Novii teamed up with Kate Pilot and VidaSpace to renovate the Universal Music Auckland Office, situated in the Newton, Auckland, Stables building. The space accommodates both Universal Studios and Music offices. Initially, the interior exuded a stark and overly corporate atmosphere. However, the revitalized design celebrates the original charm of the structure, emphasizing its exceptional architectural elements.

The walls have been reimagined to mirror the building’s historic concrete aesthetics. Complemented by wooden flooring, these elements infuse warmth into the space, balancing the industrial essence of steel beams and a contemporary steel reception desk. The strategic use of lighting and greenery adds vitality and liveliness to the environment.
