Where lighting design meets appetite.

As part of Kiwi Property’s revitalisation of the Sylvia Park Food Court, Novii was engaged to deliver a lighting solution that would do more than just illuminate—it would entice. Situated along the main shopper thoroughfare, the food court required a feature that would subtly draw people in and elevate the atmosphere within.

To bring this vision to life, we designed a custom Lightnet Liquid Line system, finished in a soft Satin Pale Gold. Suspended above the dining area, the curving feature lighting provides sculptural impact while softly framing the space. It serves not only as an aesthetic centrepiece but also as a gentle guide, leading shoppers naturally from circulation spaces into the dining environment.

The result is a dynamic blend of form and function, with lighting that enhances wayfinding and enriches the food court experience. Thoughtfully considered and finely executed, this project showcases how architectural lighting can both serve and inspire.
