When we partnered with Star Insurance, the goal was clear: to deliver a wellness-centric lighting solution that transforms their workspace into an environment that fosters comfort, productivity, and innovation.

Star Insurance was deeply involved throughout the design process, ensuring that every lighting choice aligned with their values and the unique needs of their team. To meet these goals, we utilised Grace Compose, Thrive, and Silhouette lighting ranges—each carefully chosen to provide balanced, glare-free, and human-centric lighting that supports both physical and mental wellness.

In the communal kitchen space, functionality met acoustic harmony with the integration of Tyke Louvre lights and FluxxLED track lights, working seamlessly alongside acoustic treatments to create an inviting yet practical atmosphere. The design elevates the everyday workspace, offering employees a space that feels as inspiring as it is functional.

Our collaboration with Van Veenendaal Rosnell Langley (architects) and Scott Commercial Construction ensured that every element of the space was cohesive, combining architectural sophistication with thoughtful illumination.

The final result is a workspace that champions well-being while reflecting Star Insurance’s commitment to quality and care—a true testament to the power of lighting to elevate human experiences.
