Precinct Office Suite – Auckland CBD

We are stoked to share more about our recent involvement in the Precinct Office Suite at 8 Tangihua Street, where we partnered with Cachet and Norman Disney & Young (NDY) to deliver an exceptional lighting solution. This project not only meets Green Star standards for sustainability but also places a strong emphasis on occupant well-being through innovative, human-centric lighting.

A key feature of this project is the integration of Lightnet’s Liquid Line in the kitchen area, which creates a perfect synergy with the hanging plants. The sleek, minimalist design of the Liquid Line fixtures enhances the natural aesthetic, providing a soft, even illumination that highlights the greenery while fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interplay between the lighting and plant life adds a biophilic element, improving both the visual appeal and the well-being of those using the space.

In addition to the Liquid Line, we also installed Grace downlights, known for their ability to deliver qualitative lighting tailored to human needs. These downlights ensure balanced illumination throughout the workspace, focusing on glare control and lighting precision. By supporting the natural rhythms of the day, these fixtures create an environment that is not only visually comfortable but also enhances the wellness of those who work there.

The combination of Grace’s wellness-centric design and Lightnet’s world-class solutions ensures the space is as functional as it is inspiring. Whether it’s creating a productive workspace or fostering a calming kitchen atmosphere, the lighting plan perfectly aligns with the building’s overall goal: to provide a sustainable, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing environment for its occupants.

By blending sustainable lighting design with a focus on wellness, this project sets a new standard for future office environments, demonstrating how thoughtful lighting can transform both functionality and experience.
