A Calm, Centred Moment at Les Mills Newmarket

At the heart of Newmarket, Les Mills’ new Mind Body Studio invites guests to pause, breathe, and move with intention. In collaboration with Les Mills, Novii crafted a lighting experience that supports tranquillity, focus, and the gentle rhythm of slow, mindful movement.

Soft, layered illumination enhances the studio without distraction, allowing practitioners to fully settle into yoga flows and reformer Pilates sessions. Every detail was considered to create an environment that nurtures both body and mind.

The lighting solution combines Grace Thrive Reflector and Grace Compose Lens downlights with tailored LED strip integration. Complemented by an Autex acoustic grid ceiling, the result is a calm, evenly balanced space that subtly guides guests into a state of flow.
