In collaboration with Cachet Group, Novii delivered a considered lighting solution for Kotahi Logistics’ Auckland CBD office, designed to support comfort, clarity and the way modern teams work. As a fast-moving logistics organisation, Kotahi required a workspace that brings people together while providing the right balance of focus and flow. Our lighting approach plays a key role in shaping that environment.

A Lighting Strategy Built for Wellbeing and Performance

The design direction centred on creating a workplace that feels bright, calm and welcoming. A combination of Grace Motion Spots and Pads, the Lightnet Liquid Line system and Suspended Flows was selected to bring softness, balance and visual rhythm throughout the office. These luminaires enhance both task-driven areas and shared spaces, ensuring light supports the full spectrum of daily activity.

With an emphasis on low glare, warm colour temperature control and consistent illumination, the lighting elevates wellbeing by reducing visual fatigue and creating an environment that feels open and approachable.
