In their quest for a smart and eco-friendly space, Morton Property Group engaged architects Warren & Mahoney, Mott MacDonald, and lighting specialists Novii. This collective effort produced an impressive transformation at HB Central, meeting green star requirements while honouring the building’s original features and materials.

The HB Central project harmoniously merges historic charm with modern innovation, showcasing a splendid refurbishment of heritage architecture in an environmentally conscious manner. Utilising Casambi technology, the initiative achieves outstanding lighting efficiency while aiming for a prestigious 5-star Green Star rating. Prioritising occupant well-being, the space is thoughtfully illuminated with wellness in focus.
