In collaboration with Peddlethorp, Novii delivered a curated lighting solution for the BNZ Lobby at 80 Queen Street, designed to elevate comfort, clarity and the flow of people moving through the space. The lobby serves as both an arrival point and a shared public environment, blending natural textures with refined architectural elements. Our lighting approach supports this vision with softness, precision and a strong sense of welcome.
Grace Motion Wallwashers provide soft, even illumination across the lobby, balanced with Grace Lens Downlights to bring depth and clarity to the space.

The FluxxLED UDON lighting system highlights the café island and skyway, creating a visual anchor that draws people in.

Nearby, Grace Thrive surface-mounted lights brighten the window seating areas, making them comfortable spots to pause, recharge and enjoy the moment.

A Cohesive, Human-Centred Lobby Experience

The final lighting composition strengthens Peddlethorp’s design intent with natural textures, warm tones and thoughtful spatial rhythm, creating a lobby that feels open, grounded and intuitive.
