Following a temporary closure due to the pandemic, the Air New Zealand Premium Check In received an upgrade aimed at enhancing the premium customer journey. This improvement now smoothly integrates with other premium touchpoints, including lounges and in-flight premium cabins, delivering a more unified premium customer experience. 

Novii worked closely with CPRW Architects in specifying luminaires that met both Air New Zealand’s expectations and matched CPRW’s vision for the space.
