During the world pandemic of COVID-19 a sophisticated laboratory within the clinical centre was commissioned for development in Serbia, to expand the capacity of daily testing and help the health system monitor and control the epidemic situation.
With only two weeks to turn this project around, Buck, specialists in medical lighting provided the lighting design, production and technical support for the installation of the luminaires for this project. The tight deadlines for this project allowed the facility to be immediately used as soon as equipment had arrived and installed.
The Buck Clean Room Panel was customised according to specifications for this project. The luminaire itself is completely sealed with a IP65 rating, bactericide coating and is serviceable from below without visible screws.
The strategic importance of this project plays a major role for accurate detection and elimination of the COVID-19 virus and any potential future epidemics.
